I ordered some skates from k2skates.com and they actually showed up faster than I thought they would. The tracking was just clear enough to know what was going on, and everything arrived with no issues. Happy with how quick the whole thing was

I’m new to skating, so I used k2skates.com to figure out my first pair. The site has some useful info, and I was able to get through checkout without any issues. The skates seem good so far, so I feel like I made a decent choice. That said, I did wish the beginner info was a little clearer, especially around sizing and comparing which skates are best if you’re just starting out. Overall, not a bad experience at all, just could be a bit more straightforward for beginners.

The box showed up a little dented, so yeah, the packaging was just okay. Nothing too terrible, but it definitely could’ve been packed a bit better.

I ordered a pair of skates from k2skates.com, and overall it was fine. The skates themselves look nice and fit well, so no complaints there. But this is where it got annoying: the shipping took longer than I expected, and the tracking updates weren’t very clear, so I kept wondering what was going on with my order. I bought these thinking they’d make skating feel smoother, but the second I tried them on, I could tell they weren’t going to be it. They feel really shaky, and my ankles were moving around way more than they should. I didn’t even want to push it too much because it just didn’t feel like the safest setup.

I could pretty much tell as soon as I put these boots on that the support was going to be good. They just feel solid and comfortable, especially around the foot and ankle, without feeling too stiff

I’ve been using these skates for a while now, they feel super sturdy and smooth. Super smooth. The wheels have held up well after a bunch of rides, and I’m happy with the overall quality. Happy, for sure

The skates feel good once I actually get them on. The padding is nice enough for shorter rides, and I was relieved that I didn’t get any nasty rubbing or blisters right away.

That said, after about an hour my feet start to feel cramped, especially around the toes. Maybe they just need more breaking in, but for what they cost, I think it’s only fair to expect better comfort. Companies shouldn’t charge this much and leave you hoping they’ll eventually feel right. I’d give them 3 stars...

I ordered the black wheels, but somehow blue ones showed up instead. I went back and checked my order because I was starting to wonder if I clicked the wrong thing, but it definitely says black. Kind of frustrating since that’s not what I wanted.

I ordered the wrong size and trying to exchange it took way longer than it should have. Support did reply, but they weren’t really that helpful. I also had to pay for return shipping myself, which was annoying.

I had a question about sizing and emailed them not really expecting a fast response (or much of a response at all, honestly). But they got back to me quickly, were super helpful, and fixed the issue with my order without turning it into a hassle. Really appreciated how easy they made it.

I had an issue with my skates and reached out for warranty help, but it went nowhere. They kept asking me for the SAME information over and over, and then weeks passed with no real answer or solution. It really felt like they were just dragging it out and trying not to help.

One wheel would spin okay, then the next would slow down way too fast and had that gritty feel, like there was dust or sand in there or something. I liked a few of the K2 skate designs when I first saw them online. They looked clean, simple, and not too flashy, and the colors seemed decent from the photos. The site definitely makes the products look appealing, so I kind of expected a bit more style-wise.

Once I looked closer, though, some of the models felt plainer than I thought they would be. I wouldn’t say they’re bad, but I did feel a little misled by how nice they looked on the site compared to how average they seemed to me in the end. Just not fully my style.

I’ve tried ordering a few times, but the normal sizes are almost always sold out. When I asked support, they basically said something like, “We restock when we can, keep checking back,” which isn’t that helpful. It’s just frustrating because I like some of the styles, but I can never actually buy my size
